1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deeka ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Deeka is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create personalized videos by uploading photos and selecting from a library of templates. The Service uses advanced AI models including SeeDance 2.0 to generate video content.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4. Credits & Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating videos. Subscriptions provide a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. Credit Packs are one-time purchases that do not expire.

All payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Creem's terms of service. Creem handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing on our behalf. All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over and are not refundable.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and AI generation costs, we generally do not offer refunds for credits consumed or subscription periods already started. If you experience a technical issue that prevents generation, credits will be automatically refunded to your account. 7. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Deeka a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating videos. You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload content depicting minors without parental consent
• Use the Service to create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content intended to harass, defame, or deceive
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service

8. Intellectual Property

Generated videos are owned by you for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms. The Deeka platform, its design, AI models, templates, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Deeka. You may not redistribute templates or claim ownership of the platform's technology.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free of artifacts. Deeka does not guarantee specific results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Deeka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including uploading prohibited content or abusing the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
