Payment Information

Payment details (credit card numbers, billing address) are collected and processed exclusively by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

• Analytics services — anonymized usage data to improve the Service
• Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos and media are retained for up to 30 days after generation to allow re-generation, then automatically deleted
• Generated videos are stored for 90 days and can be downloaded during this period
• Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations
